Create a CareHub Account Step 1: You MUST have a CareHub account to access information on patients and use the CareHub system. To create an account, enter the information below, read the Use and Privacy documents and click "I Accept". Step 2: After you create an account, you will add a patient to your account and start using the system. (This will be on the next screen.)
